How does it work?

1) 1on1 Meetings
Be active, not reactive. Browse published participant's profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet at the event. Adding meaningful remarks about why you are interested in a meeting will increase the chance that your request will be accepted.
How will it work: All attendees can set their available times once they make their registration, and you can only have meetings scheduled during these times.

2) Lectures
Forwarders Online Conference has a big goal to share information about the future of the forwarding business. So if you miss any lecture, make sure to watch them on the "Past Lectures" tab on this website.
How will it work: All attendees will be able to attend the lecture if they don't have a 1on1 meeting scheduled at the same time.

3) Themed Groups
Experience exchange is one of the best ways to learn. Sometimes another freight forwarder has the same issue as you have, and you can help each other through past experiences. Do not miss the chance to participate on these groups!
How will it work: Everyone in the room can share their experiences. We will have moderators for all themed groups to organize the session.
This will only happen LIVE, so make sure to choose them once you are setting up your schedule.

4) Networking Rooms
On specific times, there will be available the networking rooms, that are an open space to meet and talk with other freight forwarders

If you couldn't schedule a meeting with another attendee that you wanted to speak with, you can call them on the chat.
